Cancellation Policy

Products may be requested for cancellation before shipment. After the product ships, follow the return policy.
 

All non pre-order cancellation requests are subject to a 3% cancellation fee and will be deducted from the refund.

 

Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and will be deducted from the refund.

Send all cancellation requests with the "Cancel Order" subject line to jordan@cardifacts.com. Please include your name and order number.

 

This does not apply to eBay and TCG Player orders. Please consult their platform policies.
